Our policy, in accordance with current regulations, is to recognise your right to return any book within 7 days of delivery. No reason for the return is required and any book returned in its original condition (with its original packaging and unused) will be accepted without further explanation. http://shop.novaerapublications.com undertakes to reimburse you within a maximum period of 30 days from receipt of the return. Prior to returning any item, you must tell our customer service department, which will notify you of the method for returning it. Prior notice is essential and we cannot accept returns on a postage due basis where a transport method other than that notified by us has been used. If the reason for the return is that the book is faulty or is not the one ordered, http://shop.novaerapublications.com will pay for the return and replacement costs. If the reason for the return is that you are not otherwise satisfied with the item, we will refund the product value but not our shipping charges or your return costs. Refunds will be made to the same payment instrument used for the purchase.
